Your Scayl packing and sealing machine comes with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty. During this period, we commit to resolving any issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to your business operations. 

★ Extended Second Year 
In addition to the manufacturer warranty, all our products come with an additional year of Bronze Care. During this second year, while we continue to prioritise your repair needs, there may be a nominal cost for callouts or contributions towards parts, depending on the specific machine model. Our aim is to minimise any financial impact while still providing you with the support and resources needed to keep your operations running smoothly. Lifetime Support Guarantee
At Scayl, we are committed to providing ongoing support throughout the lifespan of your machine. Our lifetime support guarantee includes easy access to our team via our website and out-of-hours support. Our experts are available to diagnose faults over the phone and provide guidance on troubleshooting. We maintain a stock of spare parts to ensure quick turnaround times for repairs.
