The Seal™ is a stainless steel, band sealer that continuously seals bags standing up, for applications requiring speed and convenience.
The horizontal rotary band sealer is adjustable in height and can also be tilted up to 30° to keep free-flowing products in the bag. The conveyor unit can also be adjusted in height by 35mm, separately from the sealing unit. For larger products, the conveyor frame can be pulled out by 70mm. The new conveyor belt is attached with a rubber guide on the inside, which runs along a groove on the conveyor frame. This structure ensures that the belt is always kept in a central position, eliminating the need to make manual adjustments.
All operating parameters are controlled by a digital control panel, including an automatic cool-down function. By using PTFE seal belts, materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene, cellophane, paper, aluminum, and other laminates can be sealed. The maximum distance between the seal and the top of the bag is 40 mm.
The easy-to-use digital control panel displays the temperature and speed, which can be adjusted to accommodate a wide variety of materials, ensuring a reliable seal every time.
