1 Year Manufacturer Warranty
Your Scayl packing and sealing machine comes with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty. During this period, we commit to resolving any issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to your business operations. Our UK-based team of engineers is readily available to diagnose and repair faults onsite, with no additional cost to you. We prioritise your repair needs because we know that downtime equals lost productivity.

★ Extended Second Year - Bronze Tier
In addition to the manufacturer warranty, all our products come with an additional year of Bronze Care. During this second year, while we continue to prioritise your repair needs, there may be a nominal cost for callouts or contributions towards parts, depending on the specific machine model. Our aim is to minimise any financial impact while still providing you with the support and resources needed to keep your operations running smoothly. Lifetime Support Guarantee
At Scayl, we are committed to providing ongoing support throughout the lifespan of your machine. Our lifetime support guarantee includes easy access to our team via our website and out-of-hours support. Our experts are available to diagnose faults over the phone and provide guidance on troubleshooting. We maintain a stock of spare parts to ensure quick turnaround times for repairs.  Refurbished Products

Your warranty is activated upon purchase, and we recommend registering your product within 90 days to ensure seamless access to support and services.

What's Covered and Not Covered
We believe in transparency and strive to provide the best possible support to our customers. While we do not have a predefined list of what is or isn't covered, we handle each case individually and aim to resolve issues promptly. Our team can diagnose faults remotely and aim to repair them within a few days, depending on parts availability.

Spare Parts
We maintain a stock of common spare parts in the UK. However, more complex parts may need to be sourced from the EU or further afield. We will keep you informed of anticipated lead times and, where possible, provide loan machines to minimize downtime.

Service Procedure

Fair Use Policy
While our machines are designed for daily use to increase production, we ask that you maintain your machine through essential cleaning and calibration. If you notice any damage that could impact performance, please contact our team for advice. We're here to help you get the most out of your Scayl machine.
