Shipping
If you're ordering an item that we keep in stock, rest assured that we'll have it assembled, tested, and dispatched within 7-10 days. Depending on the size, we ship via Pallet Ways, and you'll receive a tracking number once it's ready to go.
For more complex solutions, please expect a delivery time frame of between 16-20 weeks. This includes the initial design stage, sign-off from drawings, commencement of production/fabrication, and delivery to the Scayl HQ

For international orders, our machines are trusted across the globe, and we're well-versed in safely shipping them to destinations in Europe and beyond. We partner with a specialist company to handle the transportation of machinery, which may add a few extra days to the dispatch process due to our meticulous packaging standards.

Returns
Items from the Phil / Seal range must be returned within 7 working days of receipt, subject to the terms outlined below:
★ Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
★ Returns for items from the LIN or MAX range are non-refundable. These machines are bespoke to your production line, undergo rigorous testing, and are unlikely to arrive non-functional with your product.
★ Returns for items from the Phil and Seal range are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
★ We strongly recommend consulting with a member of our team before purchasing an item. Our experts can provide guidance on whether a particular machine will suit your product. If a product is purchased without consultation, the return process may be more challenging.
★ If a return is approved, the item must be shipped back to Scayl in the same condition it was received.

Commonly used across the food, agricultural, chemical and medical industries, the Seal™ 1500 offers reliable, high-speed sealing performance in demanding production environments.
Available at 25% below the original RRP, this refurbished model delivers exceptional value while maintaining the professional performance and durability the Seal™ range is known for.
Compared to the Seal™ 1000, the Seal™ 1500 features upgraded switchgear and enhanced internal wiring, making it better suited for continuous industrial use and higher-output operations.
Refurbished Machine Information
This machine has been professionally refurbished, inspected, and fully tested prior to dispatch to ensure it operates correctly and reliably.
As with all refurbished equipment, there may be minor cosmetic signs of previous use, such as:
- Small scratches or marks to the casing
- Light wear on external surfaces or framework
- Minor cosmetic imperfections from transport or prior operation
These cosmetic signs do not affect performance or sealing quality in any way.

Versatile
Unlike other sealing machines on the market, the Seal™ 1500 can be used as a vertical or horizontal sealer. This allows the machine to work with different bag sizes or ingredients including liquids, which need to be fed vertically. The conveyor can also accept a total load capacity of 6kg.
Fast
The Seal™ 1500 comes with a digital electric constant temperature thermostat and an extended forced-air cooling system, ensuring a constant temperature and fast heat time. This means bags can be passed through the machine faster, at up to 24m per minute - which is over one mile of sealing in around an hour!
Speed can be adjusted using the control system and the entry guide system guarantees easy feeding and straight seals every time.
Quality
The Seal™ 1500 is made from SS201 grade stainless steel and features industrial-grade switchgear and emergency stop. Travel belts are made from dust-resistant PTFE and move along a 2-way dual pulley system to ensure optimal stability. Bags travel across bronze sealing and cooling bars, a material that is a better conductor of heat than most steels.
The Seal™ 1500 comes with CE certification, which ensures quality, safety and permission to use the machine legally for commercial purposes in Europe.
Customisable
The Seal™ 1500 has a semi automatic, sensor driven imprinting wheel that you can customise to include personalised messages or best before dates on your bags.
