Delivery
We ship our products all around the world using tracked courier and palletised services.

For UK orders we offer a next day tracked delivery from the day of dispatch. Please get in touch for up-to-date lead times on dispatch, usually within 7 working days but can be longer.

For international orders, please get in touch for an up to date quote on shipping. Where possible we will look to deliver internationally on a DDP basis, where all taxes and duty are included. If this is not possible, we will ship on a DAP basis, some taxes and duties may be required to pay before your order arrives, please check with your government's import policy. For orders within the EU, shipping typically takes 7-14 working days from the day of dispatch, for orders outside the EU, please get in touch for up to date and accurate shipping times.

Returns
At Scayl we want you to be 100% happy which is why we offer a simple 7-day returns policy. Plenty of time for you to decide if you want to keep your order. 

In the event that you do decide to return an item, all you need to do is contact us on 01748 349 112 and we'll guide you through the returns process. When the machine has been delivered and set up by Scayl, then returns are not accepted.

Terms & Conditions

If we delivered the wrong item or it arrived damaged then please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We can then arrange a replacement and collection service free of charge. If you notify us after 24 hours then we reserve the right to reject your return.
If you have changed your mind, we ask you to cover the cost of sending the order back, within 7 working days of us authorising the return, in the condition it was received in.
Goods returned must be insured to cover the total value in case they are lost or stolen, they must have adequate protection and our packing machines should be returned with the transit bolts installed. 
Our machines come with a 12 Month Warranty. 
We can't guarantee delivery dates although we will endeavour to work around your business timings, we do offer tracking, any missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery fee that you will be charged.
 We offer a 7 day returns policy for online orders, unless your machine is a bespoke order. When the machine has been delivered and set up by Scayl, then returns are not accepted.
All returns must be authorised by Scayl prior to returning. Before any returns are authorised, please send over as much photographic and video evidence as possible, either to our WhatsApp business number +44 (0) 1748 349 112, or to our email address hello@scayl.co.uk.
In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. 
 For bespoke orders, refunds will incur a restocking fee which can equal the full amount paid to cover any work or customisations. 
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a sale-able condition.
 You must inform us if you are unhappy with your machine within 7 days of recieving it. 
 If you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for returning the machine to us in the condition it arrived, otherwise we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 30%. The cost of returning the machine to our warehouse lies with the customer. Please ensure you send any equipment back in the original packaging. Before sending the machine back to us, please take final pictures of how the machine is packaged and send over photographs to our email address or WhatsApp number.
 We ask that you give us a reasonable chance to put right any teething issues you may experience with your machine.
 We will check your return and do an assessment on it within 14 days of us receiving the machine back. Once assessment has taken place by our engineers, we will inform you of the amount to be refunded. Please note, you can choose to take store credit or a cash refund. In the event you choose a cash refund, we will process this within 30 days of our final assessment of the returned goods.
 If the machine you purchased is not right for your business, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your machine by emailing hello@scayl.co.uk or calling us on +44 (0) 1748 349 112 and selecting option 2.
★ We recommend scheduling a yearly service on our machines, or more regularly depending on usage. This vital maintenance will ensure efficient running of the machine and continued reliability. 
 Scayl cannot be held responsible for any accidents resulting in improper use of the machines
 Our machines are only suitable for dry ingredients and cannot get wet, other than general cleaning and wipe down.
Our machines are sold as Packing Machines
The scales on our machines are not Trade Approved so if you are selling to consumers based on the weight you would need to check the weight on a Trade Approved Scale. More information can be found on the GOV website.
Packing claims are based on comparison tests with our machines and packing loose tea by hand using a scoop, funnel and scale.
Our machines carry the CE mark and conform to the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU (Reference: LCS170518038E May 2017), The Machinery Directive 2006/42/EU and LVD Directive 2014/35/EU (Reference: LCS170518002CS June 2017) under EN 61000-6-4:2007+A1: 2011, EN 61000-6-2: 2005, EN 61000-3-2: 2014, EN61000-3-3: 2013, EN 60204-1: 2006+A1: 2009+A2: 2010; EN ISO 12100: 2010; EN 14121: 2008
All our spare parts are restricted items that can only be purchased from current and/or previous customers, in order to ensure we are meeting their needs. We reserve the right to prohibit any sale based upon our belief regarding the purpose of purchase and the use of our products. Sales are managed at the discretion of the Head Sales Executive and company Director who reserves all authority to deny a sale at any given time.
