If you're ordering an item that we keep in stock, rest assured that we'll have it assembled, tested, and dispatched within 7-10 days. Depending on the size, we ship via Pallet Ways, and you'll receive a tracking number once it's ready to go.
For more complex solutions, please expect a delivery time frame of between 16-20 weeks. This includes the initial design stage, sign-off from drawings, commencement of production/fabrication, and delivery to the Scayl HQ
For delivery within the UK, please see the following charges, unless otherwise stated:
Spare parts - £9.99 for next day delivery
Palletised goods - £199.99

For international orders, our machines are trusted across the globe, and we're well-versed in safely shipping them to destinations in Europe and beyond. We partner with a specialist company to handle the transportation of machinery, which may add a few extra days to the dispatch process due to our meticulous packaging standards.
Upon arrival in your country, please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.

Returns
Items from the Phil / Seal range must be returned within 7 working days of receipt, subject to the terms outlined below:
★ Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
★ Returns for items from the LIN or MAX range are non-refundable. These machines are bespoke to your production line, undergo rigorous testing, and are unlikely to arrive non-functional with your product.
★ Returns for items from the Phil and Seal range are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
★ We strongly recommend consulting with a member of our team before purchasing an item. Our experts can provide guidance on whether a particular machine will suit your product. If a product is purchased without consultation, the return process may be more challenging.
★ If a return is approved, the item must be shipped back to Scayl in the same condition it was received.

How It Works

Bucket Elevator
The process begins with the Bucket Elevator, which gently lifts bulk materials such as powders, granules, or beans from ground level to the weighing station. Its hygienic, enclosed design prevents spillage and contamination, ensuring a smooth, consistent product feed to the next stage. -
Lin-630 Linear Weigher
The Lin-630 precisely measures and dispenses each portion according to the target weight. Using advanced load cell technology, it provides exceptional weighing accuracy — minimising product giveaway and maintaining uniformity across every pouch. Perfect for free-flowing products like coffee beans, grains, nuts, and small snacks. -
Working Platform
The Working Platform provides stable support for the weighing system and allows safe, convenient access for operators during setup, cleaning, and maintenance — ensuring optimal uptime and easy servicing. -
Doypack 4300
The Doypack 4300 automatically opens, fills, and seals pouches at high speed, producing professional, shelf-ready packaging. It handles a range of pouch formats including stand-up and flat pouches, maintaining consistent seal integrity for product freshness and presentation. -
Input Conveyor
The Input Conveyor efficiently feeds and aligns empty pouches into the system for automated processing. This keeps production continuous and reduces manual intervention. -
Output Conveyor
Once sealed, pouches are smoothly transferred via the Output Conveyor to the inspection stage, maintaining flow and reducing handling time. -
Metal Detector
The Metal Detector automatically scans each sealed pouch for any trace of ferrous, non-ferrous, or stainless-steel contamination. This critical stage ensures every product meets food safety and quality control standards, protecting both your customers and your brand. -
Check Weigher
The Check Weigher performs a digital verification of each pouch’s weight to confirm it matches your target specification. Any pouches outside tolerance are automatically flagged for removal, ensuring consistency across every batch. -
Reject Station
The Reject Station isolates and removes pouches that fail the weight or metal detection check. This final safeguard guarantees that only perfect, compliant products continue through to boxing or dispatch — maintaining a 100% quality-approved output.
