Scayl and PFM link up on packing and filling kit

Packaging kit manufacturer PFM is to partner with Scayl, which has been making entry level packing and filling equipment.

Scayl began its move into packaging kit when its sister company launched a tea brand called BRUU. Wanting to improve its efficiency and move away from hand packing thousands of loose tea each month, Scayl developed its own machines.

The company said that the link up with PFM was “significant landmark”. The company said that its range, since its inception earlier this year, has grown to five machines including a sealing machine. Exports now make up 30% of sales.

“PFM are excited to see where the new partnership with Scayl will take us. We feel that the products they offer compliments our own range and will enable us to help customers of all sizes grow their businesses. We were really impressed with their machines and simplicity” said Chris Bolton, sales and operations director at PFM.
