Visit Scayl at PPMA 2026
PPMA show is the UK's largest free-to-attend processing and packaging machinery exhibition, bringing machinery suppliers, manufacturers and industry professionals together under one roof.
For Scayl, this year's show is also a chance to return after winning the Innovative Packaging Machinery award at the 2025 Automate UK Awards.

What Packaging Machinery Is Scayl Bringing to PPMA?
We're bringing eight machines to PPMA 2026, covering a variety of packaging applications:
This line up gives visitors the chance to explore different areas of packaging automation and machinery in one place.
Filling Machinery: Phil™ 300+ and Phil™ 2500
Two of the filling machines joining us at Stand A90 are the Phil™ 300+ and Phil™ 2500.
The Phil™ 300+ is designed for growing businesses packing dry, free-flowing ingredients from 1g to 500g. Its 9L hopper and precision of up to 0.2g help businesses pack more quickly and consistently while keeping the machine compact enough for smaller production spaces.
For businesses requiring greater capacity, the Phil™ 2500 handles weights from 15g to 2,500g and can pack up to 40 bags per minute depending on the product. Its larger 32L hopper makes it better suited to higher-volume production, helping reduce packing time, improve consistency and minimise unnecessary product giveaway.
Having both machines at PPMA gives visitors the chance to compare two different levels of filling capacity and see which could better suit where their business is now — and where it's heading.
Sealing and Product Handling
Filling is only one part of the packing process, so we'll also be bringing machinery designed to make the stages around filling quicker and less labour-intensive
Seal™ 2000
The Seal™ 2000 is a continuous vertical band sealer designed for businesses that need a faster and more consistent way to seal finished packs.
It can seal materials including plastic, aluminium, PE, PP and laminated bags at adjustable speeds of up to 12 metres per minute. Because bags pass continuously through the machine, it is particularly useful for businesses that have outgrown slower manual or handheld sealing methods.
If filling speed has increased but sealing has become the next bottleneck, the Seal™ 2000 is designed to help keep the rest of the packing process moving.
Vacuum Loader
The Vacuum Loader tackles a different manual job: keeping filling machinery supplied with product.
Instead of repeatedly lifting ingredients into the machine by hand, it transfers product from a container at floor level directly into compatible Scayl filling machinery.
For businesses increasing production, this can reduce manual handling, save operator time and make it easier to keep filling machinery running consistently. It's a straightforward example of how adding automation to one small part of a process can improve the overall packing line.
Multi-1025 Multihead Weigher
For businesses looking for higher-speed automated weighing, we'll also have the Multi-1025 at PPMA.
The 10-head multihead weigher is designed for products such as granules, dried fruit and confectionery, reaching speeds of up to 70 packs per minute depending on the application.
Unlike a single-head filling machine, the Multi-1025 uses multiple weigh heads together to create the target weight quickly and accurately. This makes it particularly useful for businesses looking to increase throughput while maintaining consistent pack weights.
If you're considering moving from manual, single-head or linear weighing towards higher-volume automation, this is one of the machines worth seeing at Stand A90.
LIN 405 and LIN 250A
We're also bringing two linear weighers to PPMA, but they're designed for very different products.
The LIN 405 is a four-head linear weigher designed for smaller, free-flowing products such as spices and granules. It weighs from 1g to 100g and can reach speeds of up to 50 packs per minute, either working independently or as part of a wider automated packing line.
The LIN 250A is built for more difficult products. Its dual weigh hoppers and auger screws allow it to handle sticky ingredients from 100g up to 3kg that can be difficult to move and weigh consistently using conventional systems.
Bringing both machines gives visitors a useful comparison: one designed around speed and accuracy for smaller free-flowing products, and another built specifically to deal with heavier or more challenging ingredients.
Doypack 4300: Automated Pouch Packing
Another key part of our PPMA 2026 machine line-up is the Doypack 4300.
For businesses using pre-made pouches, the Doypack 4300 takes automation beyond weighing and filling.
The machine automatically feeds, opens, fills and seals pre-made pouches across four processing stations, reducing the number of manual steps needed to create a finished pack.
It can work with several pouch formats, including stand-up, flat-bottom, gusset, three-sided seal and spout pouches, making it suitable for businesses using different flexible packaging formats.
If you're currently packing pouches manually, want to increase pouch production or are considering introducing pre-made pouches to your range, the Doypack 4300 shows what a more automated process could look like.
